Description

Vanessa Ramos-Velasquez's "Anthropophagic Re-Manifesto for the Digital Age" is an updated variation on the 1928 Manifesto Antropófago by Brazilian author Oswald de Andrade. By resituating Andrade's metaphor of colonialism as cannibalism, this manifesto advocates for new practices of consumption based on technological mediation.
